We believe recruitment has the power to change people’s lives for the better. Our role is to promote excellence within the recruitment profession and ensure our Members’ voice is heard.

About the NRF

We deliver an engaging and impactful marketing and PR plan throughout the year, promoting and strengthening the voice of our Members, opening doors for new opportunities and business, and ensuring excellence within the recruitment profession.

Membership

Membership of the NRF offers individual agencies a range of benefits. Not only do we represent the profession on a local and global level, we also work directly with many government bodies, departments and stakeholders making sure your voice is heard.

Education

We provide a variety of bespoke education programmes for recruitment professionals nationally and regionally, many of which are discounted. Due to COVID-19, many of these are currently online and accessible to everyone.

NRF Skillnet

The NRF Skillnet facilitates and delivers discounted training courses, workshops, knowledge-sharing forums, along with funding for bespoke in-house training, to equip your staff with the necessary skills, knowledge and expertise they need to thrive, and help your business grow.
