The Ethics Committee is responsible for all grievances brought before the NRF.
The independent Grievance Committee is comprised of 3 professionals: Orlagh Hunt, Ken Belshaw and Peter Cosgrove
Orlagh Hunt is currently Chief People Officer for Yorkshire Building Society as well as founder of Human Leadership Ltd consultancy. An accomplished executive and Non Executive Director. She has 25 years experience in Human Resources, gained in global organisations as well as in multiple sectors, covering Retail, FMCG, Insurance, Banking and Telecommunications. Orlagh is a strong advocate for the creation of modern organisations which create great customer and employee experiences.
Ken Belshaw retired in 2020 after 45 years in the Recruitment industry. In 1980 he was the first MD of Marlborogh Employment in Dublin and in 1983 he co-founded Grafton Recruitment. Grafton became the first all-Ireland recruitment agency and the first Irish agency to establish a worldwide network of offices. Ken was the Chairman of the Irish Federation of Personnel Services in 1985-1986---the forerunner of the NRF. Ken is a Fellow of the NRF and the first recipient of the NRF Lifetime Achievement Award.
Peter is Managing Director of Futurewise, a future of work insights company. He is an expert on the world of work and a regular contributor to the national media on areas of talent, diversity and the future of work. He has previously worked with Robert Walters, Hudson and Cpl. Peter is on the steering committee of the 30% Club and on the Board of the mental health charity Aware. He is former President of the National Recruitment Federation and has published two books aimed at taking families off their digital devices.
