You survived 2020 now thrive in 2021
Mental Toughness is a personality trait that determines your ability to perform consistently under stress and pressure, and is closely related to qualities such as character, resilience, grit and perseverance.
Professor Peter Clough, Professor of Applied Psychology at Manchester Metropolitan University and a pioneer on research into Mental Toughness describes a mentally tough person as “someone who is comfortable and confident in their own skin, can take whatever comes along in their stride and mostly enjoy the challenge, irrespective of external circumstances“.
This workshop is designed on the Mental Toughness model MTQ+ where you will be introduced to four evidence based core psychological skills. This will be a highly interactive workshop where you will experience the core skills that drive mentally tough behaviours and learn skills you can apply to drive your performance. You will gain mental toughness strategies to build grit and determination making this your most successful billing year to date!
