Join NRF Skillnet and facilitator Ciara Conlon on September 14th for a workshop that will transform how you manage your time.
With a BA in Economics & Politics, a Masters in Business and Diplomas in Coaching and Organisational Psychology, Ciara is a highly experienced coach and consultant and an expert in Productivity and High Performance Habit Formation.
Her workshop is designed to help participants take time out of their busy routine in order to get more clarity on their goals and priorities. It will help guide them to greater focus by learning to manage distractions, plan effectively and give them a way to successfully manage their daily workload. Participants will leave with the essentials of creating new positive and productive habits, helping them beat procrastination and get more done each day.

Identifying the common challenges and understanding why being present and having a growth mindset will positively impact performance
Identifying Goals & Priorities:
Clarify your goals to allow for better choices around priorities. Understand the 80/20 Rule and identify your core focus.
Systems for Success:
Beat procrastination and lack of motivation by scheduling effectively and planning work to do.
Manage Distractions and Interruptions:
Stop reacting and multitasking. Start proactively setting boundaries and taking control of your time and attention.
Understand the role of habits for productivity and performance. With the establishment of positive habits, you will improve your energy, focus and results.
For five weeks after the course, participants will receive an email with reminders of the core learning points; this will serve to help encourage new and productive habits.
