ERF Annual Conference
This year’s ERF Annual Conference marks the 50th Anniversary of the National Recruitment Federation (ERF). The ERF was born out of a desire to promote excellence within the recruitment profession, to strengthen the voice of our Members and to open doors for new opportunities. This year’s conference, “Beyond All Limits”, invites you to come along, reflect on the 50 years gone by, but more importantly to join us for a day that looks to the future, one which is beyond all limits.
On the day… We’ll revisit the last 50 years of the recruitment profession, where we’ve come from, the highs, the lows and all that goes with it. We’ll focus on the next 50 years, and what’s yet to come. We’ll also look at the key trends that will shape the future of the recruitment profession including the emergence of independent contractors and the gig economy, diversity, managed service providers (MSPs) and structuring a winning team.
We’ll explore how you can embrace & take advantage of the limitless opportunities that exist for your professional future and business.
