The course was hugely beneficial in terms of bringing the best practice model of recruitment to life. All 3 days were of huge benefit to me personally and have equipped me with the confidence and skills to be a professional recruiter. The course allows for first hand access to professionals who have previously worked in the profession and also covers when and where to utilise effective sales techniques. I would highly recommend this course to anyone working in HR and Recruitment- it’s also thoroughly enjoyable

I completed the NRF Programme in Recruitment Practice in 2015, the course was very informative and beneficial to anybody working in the recruitment industry. The three lecturers covering the modules were experts in their areas and delivered the course in a professional and engaging manner. The material covered on the course is very valuable and practical for everyday use in the recruitment industry. I particularly enjoyed the module on employment law. However I did enjoy and gain useful tips from all aspects of the course. I feel the course has helped make me more efficient and improved my client relationships. I would highly recommend this training to anybody working in recruitment.

The legislation was my favourite part of the course. I’ve been able to put my knowledge in this area to use, particularly with my advertising and in knowing what is acceptable to put in an advertisement and what’s not – no matter how harmless it may seem. I’ve also found it of use in advising clients and candidates in certain situations. Eoin’s approach again in terms of his delivery and engagement, was excellent and he was able to answer any questions put to him with a great degree of clarity for us. One of the best pieces of information I was given on this course was to “Think like the NRF – always think Best Practise”!

I found the NRF course extremely beneficial as it has helped me to implement changes into my day to day job by improving my candidate and client management which in turn has helped me to utilize my time better and more efficiently. I also thought the section on legislation was very helpful. For anyone thinking about doing this course, I would highly recommend it.
